I ordered a pair of these Onlymaker platforms early last month and the shoes looked exactly like the picture, were good quality, and had a nice cushy foam insole. The only issue was that I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I looked at Onlymaker’s return policy on their website to see my options and started the return process Aug. 16, 24.
From that day forward, and for a total of 18 days Onlymaker’s customer service representative responded to my emails efficiently and gave clear instructions for how I can go about the proper return. This person was very helpful and got the size I needed shipped to my home by day 18. The updated shoe size fits lovely and I would 1000% recommend this brand to anyone looking for shoes that are for larger sizes.
