I’m very interested in buying this shoe but I’m confused with the size. I’m a men’s size 9 which makes me a women’s 11! Do I pick it by the men’s size or women’s?

Got US13, fits really well. Would probably need more holes in the straps to make it a bit tighter, but I do have skinny ankles.
Only thing is that in the photos the straps look more gold but when they arrived they look more rose gold. May need to retake the website photos to avoid misrepresentation.
