These boots are classically beautiful. Come forward all my big wide foot girlies. For reference I am 6 ft tall 435 lbs. I am in the US. Foot measurements are 11.9 inches long and 4.7 wide on the right foot. 11.7 inches long and 4.5 on the left. The sizing fluctuates a few centimeters due to swelling. As you can imagine my calves are pretty wide roughly 18 inch circumference . These stretched over them with ease, no tightness. I originally bought a size 13. I typically wear a 12w. Well in these my toe touched the top. I felt like it would be a little too uncomfortable walking with my toe nails banging against the rim so I tried to send them back. And thus the reason for a star reduction. This was my Christmas gift. Initially customer service response was fast. I sent a message Christmas morning they replied Christmas evening. They asked for pictures which I sent the next day. Then I didn't hear anything for a week. They finally responded and their return process gave hassle. Basically ship the shoe and once they receive it if it looks stained or damaged, which mine didn't, they would charge you 80% of the original cost. You pay your own return shipping cost. Refund is only guaranteed upon delivery and your refund amount is up to their inspection. Either way you lose money on the return. I decided to re-gift mine instead to my little sister who is a shoe size smaller than me. I reordered in a size 14 and I am confident they will fit perfectly. If they had half sizes I am confident a 13.5 would've done the trick. The shoes themselves 5 stars customer service is 3 stars. That return policy is garbage. If you have bigger feet I advise going up at least 2 sizes from your normal shoe size.

All together I purchased 8 different pairs of shoes from your company. I loved each and every pair. Due to knee problems I can no longer wear any of them. It saddens me a lot. If not for my trouble with the knees I would definitely order these. All I can do now is look at the ones I have and think about all the great times I had putting them on. Thanks for a superior product.
