How to do it?

Contact service@onlymaker.com for further details.

What should customers provide?

Provide your Order Number, Item Model and some Photos including the external packing to service@onlymaker.com. And write down the reason why you want to return/refund.

How long will it take?

We will make a new product get ready and deliver it in 3 days once we have received the returning items.

Within 3 working days after receiving your returning items.

Expenses

Buyers pay shipping fees.


Note:

1. Please keep the original package and all information well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.

2. Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. The U S (including Canada) customers can return the items to the our US warehouse while EU (UK is included) customers will return the items to Germany warehouse.

4. If a customer return a product without our permission, we are afraid your case would not be accepted.

5. Onlymaker doesn't accept the exchange or canceling after your products has been shipped.

6. Custom shoes currently only accept 30% refund without free exchange with shipping cost.


Full Refunds

1. Unconditionally refund accepted for wrong items.

2. We offer full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.
